** Co says revenue for continuing operations fell 21% YoY in four months to April; continues to incur significant underlying operating losses

** Net debt rises to 40.3 mln pounds ($53.97 mln) from 31.4 mln pounds at 2025 year-end

** In 2026, stock has fallen about 27.6%
