UK's System1 gains as Brave Bison raises final takeover offer to $70.8 mln

** Shares of marketing technology company System1 Group SYS1.L rise 5.9% at 360p
** Brave Bison Group BBSN.L, which is trading flat, increases its final offer for System1, a 13% increase from the prior offer
** Revised offer values System1 at 405p per share implying an equity value of about £53.4 million ($70.75 million)
** YTD, SYS1 is up 55.56%, BBSN is up 8.17%
