Tamarack Valley to merge with Headwater Exploration in C$10 billion deal Sept 8 (Reuters) - Tamarack Valley Energy TVE.TO and Headwater Exploration HWX.TO said on Tuesday they will merge in an all-stock deal valued at C$10 billion.
