Aussie healthcare stocks jump as insurance premiums rise; Healius top gainer

** Aussie health stocks  .AXHJ  jump as much as 1.1% to
record their biggest intraday gain since Feb 21 
    ** Australian Health Minister Mark Butler says almost 15
million private health insurance customers will experience a
rise in their premiums of over 3% on average from April 1
    ** Shares of Healius  HLS.AX  advance as much as 16% to
A$1.31, their biggest intraday pct gain since June 15, 2020, and
stock was the top gainer in the health sub-index
    ** ASX-listed shares of Resmed  RMD.AX  were among the top
gainers as well, rising as much as 3.6%
    ** Medibank  MPL.AX   premiums will increase by 3.3%, while
nib Holdings  NHF.AX  customers will incur a 4.1% price rise
    ** Sub-index down ~1% YTD
