** Shares of Healius HLS.AX rise 11.8% to A$1.465, heading for their biggest pct jump since August 21, if gains hold

** Rise in shares propel healthcare co to post YTD gains of ~7%, compared with losses of over 4% on Wednesday's close

**  Stock hits highest level since February 19 after February YTD revenue rises 6.2% and volumes jump 4%

** Co had posted 1H25 NPAT loss of A$12.8 million ($8.08 million) last month

** Intends to pay a special dividend of 41.3 Australian cents per share following the sale of diagnostic imaging unit

** About 3.7 mln shares change hands in their busiest day since March 4
