** Shares of MCI Onehealth Technologies Inc  DRDR.TO  climb
13.3% to 17 Canadian cents
    ** MCI to sell operations in Alberta to WELL Health
Technologies Corp for C$2 million ($1.50 million)
    ** Co says proceeds will be used to provide additional
short-term liquidity to partially address some financial
challenges 
    ** The debt-free deal will likely close in June - co
    ** MCI shares have lost ~72% so far this year
