** AI diagnostics firm says it filed a patent infringement lawsuit against rival Cleerly in a Texas federal court

** Adds that the case targets Cleerly’s tools used to spot blocked heart arteries, a common cause of heart attacks, co says

** Says Cleerly's Ischemia, Plaque Analysis and Compare products infringe six patents dating back to 2012

** Seeking a court order to stop use of the technology and is also asking for damages - HTFL

** Adds that its AI platform helps doctors assess coronary artery disease using heart scans without invasive procedures

** Including session's move, stock down ~15% YTD
