April 15 - ** Shares of HEC Infra Projects HECF.NS up 10%, the upper limit of exchange-allowed trading band
** Construction firm gets work order worth 96.2 mln rupees ($1.1 mln) for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services from Blue Pine Energy
** Stock up ~13.5% so far in April, after falling for three straight months
** More than 12,000 shares traded, 2.4x its 30-day moving avg
** HECF trims YTD losses to ~6%
