** Spot silver XAG= falls 2.2% to $59.98/ounce on stronger US dollar, with investors awaiting Fed minutes for hints on future rate hikes
** Hecla Mining HL.N and Coeur Mining CDE.N each fall 2.2%
** Canadian miners: Wheaton Precious Metals WPM.TO, WPM.N down 1.9%, Endeavour Silver EDR.TO, EXK.N dips 2.2% and Silvercorp Metals SVM.TO, SVM.N slumps 2%
** Physical Silver Shares ETF SIVR.P and iShares Silver Trust SLV.P down 2.1% and 2%, respectively
