September 28 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes fell on Monday after President Donald Trump rejected an Iranian proposal to end the conflict, leading to a spike in crude prices that revived inflation worries and drove Treasury yields higher. .N
     
At 1:30 p.m. EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.44% at 51,600.88. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.55% at 7,700.97 and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.64% at 26,897.98.
