 * Approved the issue of non-convertible debentures for an aggregate amount upto 
   2 billion rupees

HEG Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 02, 2016, has subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company/ approved the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures for an aggregate amount upto Rs. 200 crores on private placement basis.
