Technology stocks weighed on Wall Street on Tuesday, as investors grew cautious
ahead of the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision this week following a
stronger-than-expected retail sales reading.  .N 

At 10:30 EST, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.59% at
43,461.05.The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.60% at 6,037.56, and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.78% at 20,016.66.
