Wall Street's main indexes fell on Tuesday as investors turned cautious ahead of
the Federal Reserve's last interest rate announcement of the year following
stronger-than-expected retail sales data.  .N

43,385.01.The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.42% at 6,048.29, and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.32% at 20,110.34.
