Jan 27 (Reuters) - India's largest cement producer
UltraTech Cement  ULTC.NS  is in talks with German firm
Heidelberg to acquire its listed Indian business,
HeidelbergCement India  HEID.NS , Moneycontrol reported on
Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
