of the factors that may move German stocks on Wednesday:
    
    UKRAINE CRISIS
    A senior Ukrainian official suggested a series of explosions
at a Russian air base in Crimea could have been the work of
partisan saboteurs, as Kyiv denied any responsibility for the

    Workers at Volkswagen AG's main Mexico factory have rejected
their own union's deal with management for a 9% pay raise,
