** Shares of executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International HSII.O soar 20% to $58.2 ** Consortium of investors led by Advent International and Corvex to take HSII private in an all-cash deal, valuing HSII's equity at $1.3 bln ** HSII shareholders to receive $59 per share, representing a premium of more than 21% to Friday's close ** As of last close, HSII has a market capitalization of $1.01 bln, according to data compiled by LSEG ** The deal is expected to close by the first quarter of 2026 ** HSII to be led by company's current leadership team following the conclusion of the deal ** Including session's move, HSII up ~32% YTD (Reporting by Avinash P in Bengaluru) ((Avinash.P@thomsonreuters.com;))
