Bill Gates buys 3.76% stake in Heineken Holding - filing

AMSTERDAM, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Microsoft founder Bill
Gates has purchased a 3.76% stake in Heineken Holding NV
HEIO.AS , according to a Dutch regulatory filing.
The filing by the Netherlands' Financial Markets Authority
(AFM) said the shares were puchased on Feb. 17. Heineken Holding
NV controls brewer Heineken NV HEIN.AS .
