Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

HeiQ Plc (LSE: HEIQ), a leading company in materials innovation and hygiene
technologies, announces that it will hold its annual general meeting ("AGM")
at 10am on Thursday 29 June 2023 at the offices of Cenkos Securities at 6-8
Tokenhouse Yard, London, EC2R 7AS.

The Notice of AGM and related proxy forms are available on the Company's
website, https://www.heiq.com/investor-relations and have been dispatched to
shareholders via the CREST system.

Given that the Company's financial reporting processes and the associated
audit for the 12 months ended 31 December 2022 are still in progress, the
Company intends to invite shareholders to another meeting to vote on the
approval of the Annual Report and related matters as soon as these processes
are completed, and the Annual Report is duly published.

The Company will provide an update on its Annual Results 2022 and publication
of Annual Report 2022 as soon as it is in a position to do so. An in-depth
update on strategy and 2023 trading will be provided together with the
publication of the Annual Report 2022.
