Temporary Suspension of Trading in Ordinary Shares

Further to the Company's announcement on 27 April 2023 regarding the delayed
publication of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December
2022 ("2022 Accounts"), the Company applied for and has been granted a
temporary suspension of the listing on the Official List of the Financial
Conduct Authority ("FCA") of its ordinary shares of 30p each ("Ordinary
Shares") from 7.30 this morning until the 2022 Accounts have been published .

The Directors anticipate that the Company will be in a position to publish the
audited report and accounts in the coming weeks. The Company will provide
further market updates around the expected timing of the annual results
publication once its financial reporting and the audit work is sufficiently
progressed.
