Board Committee Membership Change

 
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11., Helical announces that Richard Grant will step down as a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee with effect from the close of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 15 July 2021. 
 
Following this change, the Remuneration Committee shall be comprised of the following members:
Remuneration Committee
Sue Farr (Chair)
Richard Cotton
Sue Clayton
Joe Lister
 
This change to the composition of the Remuneration Committee has been made to ensure that the Company is fully compliant with Provision 32 of the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code.
