Notification of Interests of Directors, PDMRs and Connected Persons

The Company was informed today of the following transactions relating to its
Executive Directors and PDMRs:

 

1.   Performance Share Plan 2014 - 2024 Award

 

On 4 July 2024, under the terms of the  of the Helical plc Performance Share
Plan 2014 ( "Plan"), the following share awards were made to the Executive
Directors/PDMRs at the average of the closing mid-market prices for the five
days to 3 July 2024 of 242.00p. These awards will vest in July 2027, depending
on the extent to which the Plan's performance criteria are met.

 

Shares awarded to the Executive Directors and PDMRs were as follows:

 Tim Murphy                 352,680

 PDMR
 James Moss                 140,454

 Rob Sims                   86,776

 

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards which have been
structured as nil-cost options.
