1.   Share Incentive Plan

 

On 15 January 2025, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan
(the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 2,620 ordinary shares to
directors, PDMRs and employees at the closing mid-market price on 14 January
2025 of 176.66p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of
the Plan.
