Helical announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in
the Company's Ordinary 1p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging
managerial responsibility ("PDMRs"):

 * On 11 April 2025, Richard Cotton, Independent Non-Executive Chair, purchased a
total of 13,765 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares").  Following this transaction, Richard Cotton has an interest in
66,775 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
