Helical announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in
the Company's ordinary 1p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging
managerial responsibility ("PDMRs"):

·      On 14 April 2025, Robert Fowlds, Independent Non-Executive
Director, purchased a total of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company.  Following this transaction, Robert Fowlds has an interest in 25,000
ordinary shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
