On 14 January 2026, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan
(the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 2,521 ordinary shares to
directors, PDMRs and employees at the closing mid-market price on 13 January
2026 of 187.00p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of
the Plan.
