2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements and 2025 Notice of Annual General
Meeting

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, and Disclosure and Transparency
Rule ("DTR") 4.1.3R, the Company announces that the following documents have
been made available on the Company's website at www.heliostowers.com
(http://www.heliostowers.com) and posted to shareholders today:

 

·    2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements

·    2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting

·    Form of Proxy for the 2025 Annual General Meeting

 

The Company has integrated its Sustainable Business Report within the 2024
Annual Report and Financial Statements. A complementary Sustainable Business
Addendum, containing additional ESG information, has also been published and
is available on the Company's website.

 

The above-mentioned documents (except for the Sustainable Business Addendum)
and the 2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements prepared in Extensible
Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) format, as required by DTR 4.1.15R, will
shortly be available for inspection at
