The following notification made under Article 19(1) of the UK Market Abuse
Regulation ("UK MAR") relates to the grant of awards under the Company's
Employee Incentive Plan 2019. This announcement is made in accordance with
Article 19(3) of UK MAR.

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Company's
remuneration policy as set out in the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts and the
Directors' Remuneration Report as set out in the 2021 Annual Report and
