Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMRs")

 

The following notification made under Article 19(1) of the UK Market Abuse
Regulation ("UK MAR") relates to the purchase of Company shares on behalf of a
PDMR, and a conditional award to another PDMR to receive shares, in both cases
to satisfy the deferred portion of the annual bonus in respect of the
financial year ended 31 December 2025. This announcement is made in accordance
with Article 19(3) of UK MAR.

 

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Company's
