** Co expects FY Capital expenditure of $150 mln - $180 mln VS discretionary capex of $110 mln - $140 mln a year ago

** Jefferies analysts cut their 2026 free‑cash‑flow estimate by $5 million (~5%) due to higher discretionary capex

** HTWS up 6.87% YTD
