Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM and Scrip Dividend

Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse
portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, the world's largest insurance
market, is pleased to confirm that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2025, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 and Scrip
Dividend, form of proxy, scrip dividend election form, and electronic
communications option card will shortly be sent to shareholders.  Electronic
copies are available for download on Helios' website at www.huwplc.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 22 June 2026
at 10:00 a.m. at Peel Hunt LLP, 7th Floor, 100 Liverpool St, London EC2M
2AT.

Final and Special Dividend

Further to the announcement on 21 May 2026 of its financial results for the
year ended 31 December 2025, the Company confirms the dates relevant to the
payment of the final dividend of 7p per share and the special dividend of 3p
per share as follows:

Timetable

4 June 2026: Ordinary Shares quoted ex-dividend

5 June 2026: Record Date

12 June 2026: Relevant Value for the Scrip Dividend New Shares announced

26 June 2026: Final date for receipt of Scrip Dividend Mandate Election Forms
and

CREST Dividend Election Input Messages

10 July 2026: Payment of cash dividend and posting of tax vouchers

10 July 2026: Allotment of New Shares to Certificated and CREST Shareholders
and admission for trading

Instructions for shareholders who wish to join the Scrip Dividend Scheme are
set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 and Scrip
Dividend.
