("OTE S.A." or the "Company") announces that Mr. Gabrielides Panayiotis, CHIEF
MARKETING OFFICER CONSUMER SEGMENT ΟΤΕ Group, according to his transaction
notification to the Company dated 14/11/2023, purchased 770 shares of OTE S.A.
(LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), with average price €12.85 for a total value of
€9,894.5 on 13/11/2023.
