    * Successfully concludes capital increase 
    * Consequently, gross issue proceeds from capital increase 
amount to 9.86 million euros ($10.5 million)  
    * As part of accelerated bookbuilding procedure, 290,000 new 
shares were successfully placed at a price of 34.00 euros per 
share among institutional investors
