March 3 (Reuters) - Helma Eigenheimbau AG  H5EG.DE : 
    * Reports record FY 2015 results; targeted further doubling of sales revenue by 2018 
    * Grew its revenue by 23.5 percent to 210.6 million euros ($228.69 million) in 2015 
(previous year: 170.5 million euros) 
    * Consolidated EBIT was up by 25.5 percent in 2015, growing from 14.2 million euros to 17.8 
million euros 
    * FY earnings before tax (EBT) amounted to 15.0 million euros in year under review 
(previous year: 11.7 million euros) 
    * FY net income after minority interests grew by 22.4 percent, rising from 8.1 million 
euros to 10.0 million euros 
    * Anticipates consolidated revenue of 260 million euros in 2016 
    * Consolidated EBIT of around 22.0 million euros is expected in 2016 
    * As far as financial years from 2017 are concerned, an EBIT margin in 8.0 to 11.0 percent 
range is anticipated assuming that aforementioned revenue levels are met (previous medium-term 
planning: 7.0 to 10.0 percent)
