March 4 (Reuters) - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG  H5EG.DE : 
    * Exceeds FY 2014 earnings forecast; medium-term corporate 
planning raised significantly 
    * Says FY 2014 EBIT reached a new record of 14.2 million 
euros   ($16 million); (previous year: 10.3 million euros) 
    * FY 2014 net income after minority interests stood at 8.1 
million euros (previous year: 5.6 million euros) 
    * Prelim FY revenue boosted by 24 percent to 170.5 million 
euros in 2014 (previous year: 138.0 million euros) 
    * FY 2016 EBIT margin in a 7-10 percent range is anticipated 
assuming that aforementioned revenue levels are met 
    * Has raised its forecast for current financial year, and 
now anticipates consolidated revenue of 210 million euros in FY 
2015 
    * Sees FY 2015 consolidated EBIT of 17.5 million euros 
    * Further increase in consolidated revenue to 340 million 
euros for 2017 financial year is regarded as possible 
    * Expects growth in consolidated revenue to 260 million 
euros already by 2016
