Aug 1 (Reuters) - Helma Eigenheimbau AG  H5EG.DE : 
    * 25.5 million euros ($28.47 million) promissory note 
successfully issued, early repayment of Helma 2013 bond approved 
    * A 25.5 million euros promissory note was issued for Helma 
Wohnungsbau GmbH, guaranteed by Helma Eigenheimbau AG, 
consisting of two fixed interest tranches with maturities of 5 
and 7 years 
    * Also concluded a 10 million euros, five-year fixed 
interest KFW financing facility
