Admission of Shares to Official List

 

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: HEMO) announces that it has applied to the
Financial Conduct Authority to admit 2 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company to the Official List in relation to a historical transaction. It is
expected that the shares will be admitted on or around 8 February 2023. The
total issued share capital of the Company will remain 1,141,999,321 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each, none of which are held in treasury.
