Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office

 

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: HEMO), the biopharmaceutical company
developing innovative therapies for blood malignancies, announces that Ben
Harber has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 31
December 2024.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Westend Corporate LLP as
Corporate Company Secretary, effective 1 January 2025.

It also announces that it has changed its registered office to 6 Heddon
Street, London, W1B 4BT from  1 January 2025.
