2(nd) Interim dividend for the year ending 31 August 2025

The directors have declared the second interim dividend of 6.20p per ordinary
share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2025. The dividend will be paid
on 30 May 2025 to shareholders on the register on 2 May 2025 (the record
date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 1 May 2025.

The first interim dividend in the amount of 6.20p per ordinary share was paid
on 28 February 2025.
