4(th) Interim dividend for the year ending 31 August 2025

The directors have declared the 4(th) interim dividend of 6.25p per ordinary
share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2025. The dividend will be paid
on 28 November 2025 to shareholders on the register at 31 October 2025 (the
record date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 30 October 2025.

The first and second interim dividends in the amount of 6.20p per ordinary
share were paid on 28 February 2025 and 30 May 2025 respectively.  The third
interim dividend in the amount of 6.25p per ordinary share was paid on 29
August 2025, bringing the total dividend for the year ended 31 August 2025 to
24.90p.
