First interim dividend for the year ending 31 August 2026

The directors have declared the first interim dividend of 6.25p per ordinary
share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2026. The dividend will be paid
on 27 February 2026 to shareholders on the register on 30 January 2026 (the
record date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 29 January 2026.
