Issue of Equity


The Company announces it agreed on 2 January 2019 to allot 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 333p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 31 December 2018 was 326.0p.
 
These shares will be issued for cash on 4 January 2019. As at 4 January 2019 the issued share capital will be 124,128,564 and the number of voting rights will be 124,128,564.
