The Company announces that it agreed on 4 August 2025 to allot 250,000
ordinary shares at a price of 227p per share, each fully paid under its block
listing facility.

 

These shares will be issued for cash on 6 August 2025, bringing the issued
share capital and total voting rights at that date to 181,794,679.
