Sept 5 (Reuters) - Heng Tai Consumables Group Ltd  0197.HK : 
 
 * Discloseable transaction in relation to the acquisition of the entire equity 
interest of the bvi holding company  0197.HK  
 * Purchaser and the vendors entered into the agreement 
 * Deal for consideration of hk$23.4 million 
 * Vendors have conditionally agreed to sell to the purchaser the bvi holding 
company's shares 
 * Says upon completion, the restructured group will become indirect 
wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company. 
 * Consideration will be satisfied by cash 
 * Purchaser is fiorfie holdings limited, vendors are collectively uni-money and 
mr. wat
