** Madison Air Solutions MAIR.N said it would acquire German fan maker ebm-papst in a deal valued at $5.4 billion, expanding its air quality and ventilation business. nL4N44E0NJ

** Wispr Flow said it had raised $280 million in a Series B funding round that valued the company at $2 billion, as investors bet on growing demand for AI-powered voice tools that help users write and work hands-free. nL4N44E0WR

** Deutsche Telekom DTEGn.DE said it had agreed to buy Polish network operator Fiberhost and retail broadband and TV provider Inea from Macquarie Asset Management for €1 billion ($1.16 billion). nL8N44E0CL

** Henkel AG & Co. HNKG.DE, the maker of construction adhesive Loctite, was blocked from acquiring competitor brand Liquid Nails when a U.S. court agreed with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission challenge to the deal on Friday. nL6N44E0Q2

** Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund L'IMAD plans to acquire all of AD Ports Group ADPORTS.AD. nL6N44E0BK
