Henry Boot completes sale of Henry Boot Construction Limited

 

Henry Boot PLC confirms that, further to the announcement dated 23 September
2025, which disclosed the group had agreed to sell Henry Boot Construction
Limited to PWS Construction Limited, the disposal was completed on 31 December
2025.
