    Helsing and OHB join forces on space-based reconnaissance venture

    May 19 (Reuters) - OHB OHBG.DE is joining forces with Helsing on a joint venture called "KIRK" for space-based reconnaissance systems, the Bremen-based satellite company said on Tuesday.

The two companies are assuming joint leadership of an existing consortium also comprising Kongsberg Defence Aerospace and Hensoldt HAGG.DE, which OHB is now joining.
