Feb 15 (Reuters) - Pan Asia Mining Ltd  8173.HK : 
 
 * Proposes to raise not less than approximately hk$283.3 million (before expenses) 
 * Net proceeds from the rights issue after deducting the estimated expenses are estimated to be not less than approximately hk$270.0 million 
 * Proposes share consolidation which involves the consolidation of every eight issued and unissued shares of hk$0.01 each into one consolidated share
