by kesterion investments limited 
    * Statutory demand requiring company to pay an alleged sum 
of hk$76.4 million plus interest to kesterion 
    * If co fails to make payment, kesterion may proceed with 
winding up of company by court 
    * issued written demand to kesterion's solicitors, 
requesting kesterion to withdraw statutory demand on or before 
30 nov 2016
