Australia's Hera Med slips to 3-month low on discounted placement

** ASX-listed shares of Hera Med  HMD.AX  fall as much as
24% to A$0.019, their biggest pct loss since July 31
    ** Israel-based health tech firm says it has received
commitments to raise A$3.1 mln($2.07 mln) via placement of 182.4
mln shares
    ** Says issue price of A$0.017 is at a 32% discount to the
last close
    ** Around 905,000 shares change hands, 1.8x the 30-day avg
    ** Stock down 13.8% YTD, including the current session, as
of 0147 GMT
