** Hera Med's Australia-listed shares HMD.AX rise as much
as 4.8% to A$0.022, their highest level since Sept 12
** Israel-based maternity technology co signs letter of
intent with Founda Health to enter into strategic partnership
** Says it will use Founda's platform to integrate its
HeraCARE solution with electronic health records within the
hospital systems and ensure better service to expectant mothers
** Stock had fallen 9.5% this year, as of last close
